Welcome to La Vallée, the studio in Brussels combining relaxation and personal development. A haven of peace ideally located between Flagey and Louise, in which we put all our heart and soul in creating a warm and zen atmosphere: 3 beautiful rooms harmonised in feng shui, bathed in light surrounding the Zen garden.

A unique place to practice in small groups a variety of styles of yoga, but also Pilates, floor bar, prenatal yoga, and Fly yoga (almost unique in Brussels !), Reformer Pilates, Pilates Wall… We also propose you regular events and workshops, of 2 hours or more, in dance, stress release and meditation, sound healing, and much more, to enhance your wellbeing… And the possibility of booking private lessons, specifically for back problems.
